What does a Holistic Health Coach do?

As a health coach I offer guidance, empowerment, and mentoring so you can create your own health and lifestyle changes through a step-by-step process at a pace that’s comfortable for you. Using the mind, body, and spirit approach to wellness. I am not a doctor and DO NOT provide medical advice although, on a case-by-case basis may work with practitioners. Like other health care professionals, all of the information you share with me is kept confidential.

Holistic Health Coaching

The process of working with our Holistic health coaching program.

We send out a health questionnaire and schedule a free consultation so that you and your coach are well-informed on your concerns, including medical considerations, as appropriate.

Our holistic lifestyle plans are customized to our clients unique needs because we know there is no one size approach to effective health and wellness plans.

In addition, to the above we also provide:

  • Meal planning

  • Private cooking lessons with you in the kitchen

  • Pantry clean outs

  • Grocery store tours

  • Label reading

  • Stress management techniques

  • Trusted referral resources

  • Personal and customized support

  • Biometric screening

  • Catering

We do not provide medical advice; you should always consult with your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or fitness activities.

How Can I Help You?

We develop a plan together to take your current diet and lifestyle and next level upgrade it to what you have been imagining for yourself using aspects concerning food and lifestyle choices. I also offer clients bonus materials like books, handouts on health-related topics, other resources, and fun things to help them improve. After working with you, you will have a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle that works best for you and use it for the rest of your life.

 

During your first 60-minute coaching session you identify your priorities, and we develop a lifestyle wellness plan including SMART goals, legacy wheel assessment and first steps.

 

In subsequent 50-minute coaching sessions, each week or monthly you and I review the progress toward your goals, explore and resolve or amend your plan accordingly.

Schedule your free 20-minute road to wellness consultation to review your questionnaire, go over your goals for your health and what you are envisioning for your life and see how I can support you on your journey
